These terms apply to your use of tickrix.com and to reserving or buying a Tickrix device. They are written to be read. Where they are less generous than the law, the law wins.

Who you are dealing with

Tickrix, registered in the Netherlands, KvK 42079622. Contact: tickrix.info@gmail.com.

Reservations

Submitting your email address to the reservation list does not create a contract of sale, does not reserve stock and does not oblige either of us to anything. No payment is taken at that point. When a batch is ready you will receive an invitation to buy, which you are free to decline or ignore. You may leave the list at any time.

Orders

A contract exists once we accept your order and confirm it. We may decline an order — for example where stock has run out, where a price was listed in error, or where we cannot ship to your country — and if we do, anything you have paid is refunded in full.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a two-year legal conformity guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits either. The practical detail is on the shipping and returns page.

What the device is, and is not

A Tickrix is an informational display. It shows price data obtained from third-party sources, and it is not a trading terminal, an exchange, a broker or a source of financial advice.

Price data may be delayed, interrupted or wrong — because a provider has an outage, because an API changes, or because your network drops. Do not make trading decisions on the basis of what this device shows without confirming the price at your exchange. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on displayed prices. Nothing on this website is investment advice.

Firmware and changes

We may issue firmware updates that change or improve how the device works. Supported exchanges and data providers can change if a third party alters or withdraws an API. We will not introduce a subscription requirement for showing prices on a device you have already bought.

Acceptable use of this website

Don't attempt to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit other people's email addresses to the reservation list.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and consumer rights under Dutch and EU law are unaffected. Beyond that, our liability in connection with a device is limited to what you paid for it.

Intellectual property

The Tickrix name, the design of the device, this website's text and images belong to us. You own the device you buy and may do as you like with it, including opening it, modifying it and reselling it.

Governing law

Dutch law applies, and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law, and you may also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you ordered.
